In an effort to create a being capable of defeating Thanos, Drax was crafted from the soil of the earth and Arthur's soul was placed within the artificial body. In Marvel Champions, Drax is a formidable hero with a range of abilities that make him a valuable ally in battle. His "Fight Me, Coward!" ability forces the villain to attack him, regardless of any other targets, while "Subdue" allows him to reduce the damage dealt by the villain by 3. Plus, the more he is attacked, the more powerful he becomes. But even when things seem dire, Drax has a few tricks up his sleeves to keep him in the fight.
